Ordering Online with us is safe and secure! We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure. We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to buy our beautiful paintings through our site.
At the present time payments will be processed in pounds sterling although you may select US currency to see the dollar equivalent.
Check Out
After you have chosen your painting, you can go directly to the Check Out if you wish or you can choose to create an account with us, in which case you will be eligible for possible future discounts, advised of special offers etc.
During the Check Out process, you will be asked to complete your contact details on the Billing Information page; please take extra time to check that you have entered your email address correctly. You then continue to the Delivery Information page where you can see the shipping cost for your order. See the Shipping page for details of how shipping costs are calculated.

On this page you can remove any painting that you do not wish to buy by checking the small box under Remove and then clicking the amber UPDATE button.
Payment Information Page
This is where you select which method of payment you would like to use. We accept most major credit and debit cards but regret that we are unable to accept American Express cards. Other methods of payment are cheque drawn on a UK bank, bank draft and bank transfer. We will accept PayPal but please be advised that any refund through PayPal will be delayed by at least four weeks and will also incur an additional surcharge of 2.75%. Order confirmation
On the next page, you are asked to examine the details of your order and then click on the order confirmation button. If you are paying on Credit or Debit card or on PayPal you will be then taken through to a Secure Payment Page which is fully encrypted for your protection. If you have chosen to pay by cheque or bank transfer you will be taken to a link with further details.
3D Secure
This is gradually being introduced throughout the world in order to make buying on the internet by credit card even more secure for customers. You may already have seen the MasterCard® SecureCode™ and Verified By Visa (VBV) symbols appearing on websites.
You are asked to register a pin number with the bank that has issued your credit card and then, when buying online, to enter that pin number on sites such as ours that use the 3D Secure system.
By registering for 3D secure it means that nobody could use your card details to make purchases on the internet because it cannot work without the pin, known only to yourself and your card-issuing bank.
If you have not yet used this system when shopping on the internet, when you start to make your purchase with us, you may be directed to a screen where you enrol with your bank and select a pin number.
THIS INFORMATION IS ONLY KNOWN TO YOU AND YOUR BANK.We do not have access to that pin number.
Once you have registered for this secure system, you will not need to complete those details again and can continue shopping with us. You can use the same number on any of the thousands of sites now offering these very secure payment systems.
