In most cases we will dispatch your painting on the working day following receipt of your payment.

Paintings are allocated to one of three dispatch groups and delivery is charged according to the size of the painting and the area of the world that it is going to. The size group for any individual painting is clearly shown on its initial description link page: for example, Dispatch Code 1.

Paintings sold within the UK are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery which requires a signature on delivery and should arrive on the working day following dispatch (except for some parts of Scotland and Northern Ireland where it will be two working days).

For the rest of the world, we use Parcelforce Worldwide, a fully tracked service requiring signature on delivery which should take between 3 and 6 days, depending on which part of the world you are in. Please note that although most items usually pass through import controls quite easily, we cannot predict for how long the Customs Officials of any particular country will hold an item if they choose to do so!
