A charming painting by Arthur Bevan Collier. He painted from 1855 to 1899. He exhibited at the British Institution, Society of British Artists and the Royal Academy. He painted in Scotland and Wales, and Devon and Cornwall. This scene was probably one of his West Country paintings. Condition is excellent. Signature bottom left.
